DUKUNGAN SUAMI TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN MENYUSUI PADA IBU YANG MENGALAMI MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Ketidakberhasilan pemberian ASI atau air susu ibu (ASI) dapat menjadi masalah yang kompleks dan mempengaruhi banyak ibu menyusui. Dukungan suami memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam memfasilitasi keberhasilan menyusui. Tujuan: untuk memberikan edukasi dukungan suami pada ibu menyusui tidak efektif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Subjek studi kasus ini peneliti mengambil subjek penelitian nya 2 orang ibu menyusui beserta suaminya dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan kurangnya dukungan keluarga (suami) di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraya. Analisa dan penyajian data merupakan deskripsi dari hasil penelitian dengan mengacu pada fokus penelitian. Hasil: edukasi dukungan suami selama tiga hari pada klien I dan Klien II, selain meningkatkan pengetahuan suami juga berpengaruh yang sangat baik bagi ibu menyusui yang mengalami masalah ketidakefektifan menyusui. Saran: Peneliti menyarankan pengembangan intervensi dan program pendidikan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan dukungan suami pada ibu menyusui, sehingga berdampak positif pada keberhasilan menyusui dan kesejahteraan keluarga secara keseluruhan.
